UUFF Members, please plan to attend the Congregational Meeting scheduled to be held on Sunday, December 10, 2023, immediately following the 11am service. Members may attend in person at the fellowship or remotely via zoom (an email with special zoom link will be sent to members a few days prior to the meeting).
We have two items on our agenda:
- Proposed budget for 2024
- Proposed slate of officers for 2024
We must have a quorum of members present at the meeting to continue with a vote. Members attending via Zoom will count toward the quorum. Anyone is welcome to attend this meeting, but only those who have been official Members for 30 days or more are eligible to cast a vote. Members may appoint a proxy to represent them at the meeting, but please note that it will not count toward a quorum.
