Topic this Sunday: “Grand Juries: What are they and how do they work?” With many recent news events involving grand juries, many of us are left wondering what grand juries are and how they work. This week, we’ll explore these questions and more. Following a short presentation, our own Mort Gitelman, Distinguished Professor of Law Emeritus at the University of Arkansas, will answer participant questions.
