UUFF Members, please plan to attend the Congregational Meeting scheduled to be held in the Sanctuary on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 12 noon, immediately following the 11am service.
You should have received a mailed notice and can expect an email with even more supporting documentation for the 3 important items that are up for congregational vote this year.
We must have a quorum of members present at the meeting to conduct the vote, so your attendance is especially important. All members and friends are welcome to attend the meeting, but only those who have been official Members for 30 days or more are eligible to cast a vote. Members may appoint a proxy to represent them at the meeting, but please note that it will not count toward a quorum. We will also offer the option for members to attend remotely via Zoom, and an email will be sent to members the Friday before the Congregational Meeting that will include the Zoom link so you can have it fresh in your inbox. Members attending via Zoom will count toward the quorum.
