Topic this Sunday: “Anticipating Population Changes in the U.S.” As the U.S. population becomes more racially and ethnically diverse, Americans have mixed views about how the country might change when whites no longer make up a majority of the population. We will listen to a psychologist about this trend and also talk about Cupertino, California a silicon valley city whose demographics changed dramatically starting in the 1980s and it’s impact on culture and children’s education.
The ARE discussion is held weekly before Sunday service. It is a facilitated conversation where lively conversation and sharing of personal experience is encouraged. Each week the topic changes and is advertised in our weekly email to congregants.
There is no need to sign up, just join the ARE Discussion Group Zoom Room at 10am each Sunday morning.
