Dr. Steven Gaines helps us consider the nature and causes of conflict and some strategies for navigating it. August 7 – “Summer Thermstice”

August 2, 2022 by Fawn Smith

Pil Luna - School of Our Ancestors

At Summer Thermstice (a.k.a. Lúnasa), this midpoint between Solstice and Equinox, we have left behind the time of longest day and entered the time of greatest heat, of harvest and abundance, but also of the waning of the light. Join us as we celebrate the turning of this joyous season, as Earth’s tilt is taking us back away from the Sun. Various speakers.

July 24 – “Fly Away Remix”

July 19, 2022 by Fawn Smith

Steven will reconsider that song’s lyrics in the light of UU thought and experience. Do we really want to fly away? The answer may not be what you expect.
