Topic this Sunday: “8 Dimensions of Wellness.” According to the World Health Organization, wellness is “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” Wellness experts have identified 8 interdependent dimensions of wellness that influence how we function in life. These include social, physical, emotional, career, intellectual/creative, financial, environmental, and existential/spiritual domains. This week, we will explore these 8 elements of well-being, and discuss our areas of strength along with the domains we find challenging. We hope you’ll join us.
