Topic this Sunday: “How America Got Mean.” David Brooks, author and regular contributor for the New York Times and PBS, thinks that we have a culture that is devoid of moral education causing generations to grow up morally inarticulate and in a self-reverential word. Over the past decade, he has studied the thoughts of various social observers who have offered explanations on the rise of hatred, anxiety, and despair in our country. Join us to discuss his take on the issue.
