Topic this Sunday: “Why Time Seems to Go by Faster as We Age.” Many of us have had the experience of looking back on our lives, often at a point of a life milestone such as a significant birthday or anniversary, and we wonder where the time has gone. We’ve all heard the expression “time flies when you’re having fun” but how do we explain the phenomenon of time perception? It seems that especially as we age, time seems to speed up. Why is that?
