All are invited to gather downstairs in the common area of the fellowship building on Sundays at 10am for a facilitated discussion focused on a specific topic (advertised in the eNews the week before).
Topic this Sunday: Even before COVID, nearly 50% of American adults reported feeling lonely, causing then U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy to label loneliness a public health epidemic. Loneliness doubles the risk of depression, anxiety, stress, and substance abuse disorders. Seeking human connection, some are turning to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions ranging from chatbots providing companionship to advanced therapist-assistive tools. Just how helpful are they? We will explore various approaches and online tools this week and share our experiences. Join us.
