Date: 01/05/2025
Time: 10:00 am - 10:45 am
Location: Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Fayetteville
All are invited to gather downstairs in the common area of the fellowship building on Sundays at 10am for a facilitated discussion focused on a specific topic (advertised in the eNews the week before).
Topic this Sunday: “New Year’s Resolutions, Quitter’s Day, and Ditch New Year’s Resolutions Day.” New Year’s resolutions date as far back as 4,000 years to the Ancient Babylonians, and they remain an iconic part of many people’s New Year’s celebrations. But, how many resolutions are actually kept? Research has shown that many people quit their resolutions by the second Friday of January. In fact, that day has become known as “Quitter’s Day”, which falls on January 10th this year. “Ditch New Year’s Resolutions Day” is on January 17th. We hope you’ll join us as we discuss New Year’s resolutions, Quitter’s Day, and Ditch New Year’s Resolutions Day.
