10am Sunday Adult Religious Education (ARE):

ARE Discussion Group: Meets downstairs. Topic: “Bringing Happiness to Others.” Come rain or shine, Bermudian Johnny Barnes devoted six hours a day to a traffic ritual that brightened the lives of his fellow citizens. We’ll watch a short video about his efforts to bring others happiness.
Meditation will be held at 10:00, followed by a short reading and discussion between 10:30 -10:45. It doesnʼt matter what type of meditation you do, or if you have ever meditated before, you
are welcome to come meditate in the UUFF Annex building (across Storer from UUFF in the west-nearest Storer-side of the annex). ALL ARE WELCOME. Enter through the front door.

10am RE for kids 5+ continues today! All are invited to meet in room 2 downstairs at 10am for Religious Exploration, before rejoining adults for the 11 o’clock service.The Reverend Margaret Barr’s work to provide a non-denominational school for children in India exemplifies the seventh Unitarian Universalist source: “Our Unitarian Universalist beliefs come from faithful words and actions that shape our Unitarian Universalist heritage.” This session introduces Indian children’s games and simple greetings that participants will recognize as parallel to their own customary games and greetings.
